“Back” = spine / back muscles

The studio primarily targets people aged 40+ who value posture, strength, stability, and long-term health.

The logo should feel:

elegant
yet edgy and distinctive
professional and precise
strong without being aggressive
timeless and premium

Avoid typical loud, colorful fitness branding.
