Hi what does GA stands for? You mentioned "Near shore" - is this important and must be reflected in the design?

It doesn't have to be reflected in the design. GA doesn't necessarily stand for anything. Just initials. The logo if for an IT talent acquisition company offering vetted nearshore and offshore talent including software engineers (developers) to companies in North America.
