I am one of 3 owners of a vending company started last year. Our business is new, but we would like to expand locally in the near future. We have created a landing page using design.com, but we would like some professional help getting it updated. We want to rework our website and give it a fresh and modern feel. We would like the main page of the site to be an advertisement of our services with a small introduction of our company around the top of the page. The main goal of the site is to solicit local businesses to contact us for placement of a vending machine in their place of business.
Theme:
We have a logo for the company, so I would like the theme of the site to be based around the logo. We would like the main page of the site to be mainly dedicated to promoting and advertising our services and features. The main page should include very modern vending machines and/or mini markets in the background, with a brief introduction to our company at the top of the page.
Features to include:
Introduction of our company and an advertisement of our services - We would like the main page of the site to have a brief description of what our company is and does, how we provide quick and reliable service to our customers with a variety of snack options.
Benefits of snack services: list some of the great benefits of having a vending machine in your business
Vending Machines that we offer: we would like to present information about the variety of different machines that we offer our clients, including: traditional snack machines, drink machines, cold food machines, coffee machines, and mini markets. We have access to all of the latest and most innovative machines to meet client needs. All machines are modern and include the latest technology of tap-to-pay options. Based upon the needs of the commercial space, we offer the machines all free of charge to our clients, we do an assessment of the space and client needs to determine what model of smart-vending machine should be placed in the space
"Request a Refund": This is a tab that leads to a form on a different page dedicated to patrons of our current machine who would like to request a refund from our company because the product did not dispense or for any technical difficulty. The form should include a space for customer name, location of the machine, a drop-down window for which machine they used (options: drink machine, cold food machine, snack machine, or coffee machine), time of attempted purchase, and a comment window for a description of the problem, and a drop down window of how they would like the money returned if request is approved (options: zelle, cashapp, venmo, apple cash, check mailed....if check mailed is chosen another window should appear requesting customer address.). This "request a refund" page must also be accessible via a QR code that we will place on each machine, allowing customers to scan it if they encounter an issue. When the form is submitted, we would like all information to come to our business email where we can investigate the issue and issue a refund if needed. Our business email address is tripletreatvendors@gmail.com.
"Contact us" tab - This is a tab that leads to a sign-up form for businesses to request placement of a vending machine. The form should include a section for personal contact information, the Name of the business, the type of business, the business address, the type of machines requested, and an estimated amount of daily foot traffic at the placement site.
I believe this is a good start to the revamp. I have included an attachment of our logo. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks in advance.
