Logo Design Brief

Paramed CZ (PMCZ) are looking for someone to design our logo. The company trains basic first aid through to training paramedic instructors and focuses on remote medicine and SWAT training with occasional corporate; first aid at work and team building courses. Our current focus is mainly reality based training with ex-services/military/special forces guys that are working in very extreme and dangerous environments (Think; combat medics or expeditions to Everest/Sahara/Rainforests). I am looking for a "gritty" logo with texture that will reflect what we do and who we work with. Thanks,
