Logo Design Brief

I need a creative logo, ideally modern, professional, and unique to use for “PIVOT Vet Strategies”. I don’t have a specific logo in mind so would welcome any creativity and artist recommendations. The company is both a consulting company but also provides veterinary leadership LMS courses and resources such as cohort group learning, message boards, etc. i need to logo to show that the company is involved with veterinary medicine. Courses will begin as entry level and advance to courses on business ownership, franchising, etc. I’m 50/50 about whether an icon is needed or just the company title.
