Logo Design Brief

I would like to redesign and simplify my logo, making it suitable for branded merchandise (clothing, etc) and printing/stamping on leather goods. I’d like it to keep the authentic, country feel, but make it more cleaner and easier to recognise. A unique spin on a ranch-style cattle-brand that is easy to recognise would be good. Also, our farm is a dairy with mainly Jersey cows (golden brown) and some crossbreds (black/brown & white) - all without horns!
