Logo Design Brief

“Roost” basically means a place where a bird rests or settles, especially at night. We chose the name because roosting kind of means like finding your home. So when we use it for our company name, it gives off the idea of: a safe place to settle, rest, and feel at home.
We live at Virginia Tech so our mascot is a turkey (turkeys roost). We like the colors Maroon and Grey. We want a turkey implemented in the logo somehow and something relating to real estate in a way.
