Graphic Design Brief

We need a new top-of-email banner for our EDM campaigns for IT Corporate (www.itcorporate.com
). This banner will sit at the top of every email and must immediately signal the brand, look modern and professional, and be visually aligned with the tech/IT audience.

Size of the banner: Around 728x90 - it must fit at the top of an email blast.

Establish a strong, recognizable brand identity across all IT Corporate EDMs

visually consistent with existing banners created for other brands (see reference examples provided)

Communicate IT Corporate’s value proposition at a glance

Full-width banner for email header

Horizontal orientation similar to the HRVue and HR News Library examples

Include space for the brand name/logo prominently on the left or centered

Integrate the tagline in a readable, secondary position

Optional: a subtle background texture or tech-related abstract pattern (circuitry, network nodes, gradient, etc.)

No busy imagery—should feel clean and trustworthy

Color Palette

Use colors consistent with IT Corporate branding from www.itcorporate.com

Blues, greys, blacks, and tech-style gradients preferred

Should feel consistent with a B2B IT audience

Typography

Clean, sans-serif fonts (professional/tech-aligned)

Brand name should be bold and prominent

Tagline should be smaller, but still readable on desktop and mobile

Imagery (if used)

Abstract tech shapes, network visuals, geometric patterns, or gradient overlays

Avoid photography of people

Keep imagery subtle so text remains legible

Call-to-Action Button (optional)

None required in this banner (unlike the HR examples)

Banner should remain a pure brand header
