We combine world-class coaching, data from real athletes, and AI to build fully individualized training plans that update in real time based on how an athlete is actually performing, feeling, and recovering.

We’re not a random workout app. We’re a performance engine.

• Delivers sport-specific, position-specific training programs (speed, strength, power, conditioning, skills) for athletes.
• Uses data (session logs, velocity, sprint times, schedule, recovery, etc.) to adapt training loads automatically.
• Hosts programs from elite coaches and performance staff, so athletes can train like top college/pro/pro-level players.
• Connects the in-person world (gyms like KNGDM) with a digital platform so athletes have one place to follow their plan, wherever they are.

• We are open to wordmark, symbol, or a strong combination mark.
• The name should appear as “The LAB” (case styling can be explored: THE LAB / The LAB / the LAB).
• The mark should:
• Be instantly recognizable and work well as an app icon and social avatar.
• Feel at home in both sports and tech.
• Avoid clichés like cartoon dumbbells or generic flexing silhouettes.

• Clean, bold typography.
