Individuals seeking spiritual healing, community connection, ministry support and journal-based encounters.

Description of What’s Needed

We need a clean, fresh, inviting website that encourages engagement and connection. The site should feel warm and accessible, draw people in, and clearly present who we are, what we offer, and how visitors can participate. The layout should be straightforward, with well-structured pages (no overlapping objects, minimal layering complexity) and easy to navigate. Use only Google Fonts. All stock photos must be sourced from royalty-free sites and include proper attribution. We will not include a search feature.

Pages to Create
1. Home Page – impactful hero area, clear call-to-action, visual story of ministry, giving/gathering invitation.
2. About Us – vision, mission, leadership, testimonies, history.
3. Meetings & Events – upcoming gatherings, schedule, how to attend, sign-up or interest form.
4. Encounter: “Journaling to Peace” (book) – dedicated page for the book, overview, purchase link or details, journal prompts, imagery.
5. Healing Rooms / Ministry – explain ministry offerings, invite participation, testimonials or case-studies.
6. Live Stream & Links Page – page listing links for YouTube live stream, other platforms, archive links; simple layout.

Colour & Branding

Use colours that blend with our existing logo (attached). The palette should feel contemporary, welcoming, and aligned with ministry themes of restoration, healing and love. Ensure text, button and link colours maintain good contrast for accessibility.

Existing Content & Reference

Please gather available content from our current website in the attachment here for text, images and structure for reuse.

Imagery Guidelines

– Use original photos from our Facebook page or Google Location listing for building or people images when available.
– If generic images are used, ensure they depict appropriate ministry-related buildings or people (community, warm gathering) — avoid generic unrelated stock imagery.
– All photos must be royalty-free or have proper licensing and attribution.
– No overlapping objects or visual clutter; clean layouts with defined sections.

Additional Notes

– Integration: We currently utilise MailChimp for email communication; the design should include a connection/invite to subscribe (via MailChimp) but no blog page is required at this time.
– Payment/Giving: We accept PayPal and already have a giving portal; include clear donation/give buttons or calls-to-action linking to existing giving systems.
– No search function to be included.
– Layouts should avoid complex layering or overlapping elements—designers should work with distinct content blocks, clear visual hierarchy, and straightforward mobile-friendly structure.
