Logo Design Brief
I'm open to a completely new modern logo (it can still be maintaining nature/health theme - can be leaf, mountain, tree, etc. or even something new and modern), OR also open to using my existing logo and modernize to create a updated/fresh look.
Logos attached (other file types available if you need them).
For logo text: "MONCTON NATUROPATHIC" capitalized and in bold likely looks better, and should be larger caps than " Medical Clinic - Clinique Médicale".
Open to updated shades for a fresh look.
I'm leaning towards keeping the green-natural theme, but open to new colours.
Logo will be used on our website, clinic signage, business cards, printed materials, and social media profiles.
Important: want modern look.

Still open to 2 options:
Either a completely new modern logo OR using my existing logo and modernize to create a updated/fresh look.
If you use existing logo make sure to create a new fresh look (vs only creating a minor change).
What it important (must haves):
Modern design: for BOTH the icon/symbol and the clinic text.
Do not make a complex looking icon/symbol. Keep icon/symbol simple. A good design is less: Less is more. Less is bold.
Create horizontal logo: place icon/symbol beside & to the left of the logo text.
Must include whole clinic name: Moncton Naturopathic Medical Clinic - Clinique Médicale.
Do not emphasize only the word "Moncton" in a way it pops out the most and has the largest cap. What differentiates our clinic is that we are "Naturopathic" and a "Medical Clinic - Clinique Médicale" located in Moncton.
Either have logo text presented as 1 of the following 2 options (obviously text can be adjusted either as small or large caps and as different font size):

Other tips:
Mainly looking for new logo to modernize our logo on our website (note website will be updated soon too, so don't based logo design on our present website).
Colour can be very simple - even white logo what we place on a colour background on our website.
If using colours - consider earthy or calming colour palettes: green, blue, beige. However, make sure to avoid shades that are too light. Want crisp colours that show good contrast.
Avoid lime green or yellow greens.

Earthy or calming color palettes: green, blue, beige, or muted tones for an inviting, trust-building effect. Use motifs from nature (leaves, trees, circles) to suggest holistic healing and wholeness.
