Business Auntie + BOSS Cooperative rebrand
Logo Design Brief
Business Auntie is the unapologetically quirky, deeply practical mentor for unconventional entrepreneurs. BOSS Cooperative is the team behind her — a global network of specialists who help clients systemize, scale, and succeed their own way. Together, we help adult professionals and neurodivergent global citizens turn ideas into location-independent businesses that actually work.
Vibe & Personality
We are not corporate. We’re warm, smart, and fun — the kind of people who get things done while laughing at the chaos. Think “friendly expert who tells you the truth, gives you a hug, and then hands you an actionable plan.”
Our tone is confident, human, and lightly rebellious. We like structure, but we refuse to look or sound like a corporate consultancy. The logo should instantly say:
“We take action, we make business human, and we do it differently.”
Target Audience
Adults aged 30–60 from the U.S. and Europe
Equal split between men and women
Many are digital nomads, global citizens, or aspiring location-independent entrepreneurs
A growing portion are neurodivergent adults (ADHD, autistic, dyslexic, etc.) who crave systems that work with their brains instead of fighting them
All are smart, curious, slightly rebellious problem-solvers who prefer authenticity over polish
Design Direction
Lead with Business Auntie — she’s the recognizable personality and face of the brand.
BOSS Cooperative should feel like the capable team that backs her up — a sense of collaboration and movement.
We can break apart into 2 logos, but they must work together as a cohesive unit in some applications. Like a lead singer + their backup band.
Should balance approachable + clever — something memorable, slightly playful, but still clean enough to be taken seriously by business owners.
Visual Style
Distinctive, fun, confident
Possibly a clever visual twist or symbol — but nothing generic like compasses, arrows, waves, or interlocking shapes
Avoid clichés and startup-y sameness; it should feel instantly us
Simple enough to scale (print, merch, social media icons, etc.)
Colors
We love navy and lime green as our core palette. They represent trust, energy, and action.
We hate reds — avoid entirely.
