About Volusia Community Association Advisors (VCAA)
Volusia Community Association Advisors (VCAA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the education and advancement of condominium and homeowners’ association leaders and licensed community association managers throughout Eastern Volusia and Southern Flagler Counties.
Our mission is to guide associations and empower community leadership by providing educational opportunities, professional networking, and resources that strengthen the communities we serve.
Each month, VCAA hosts an educational breakfast event featuring a hot meal and a continuing education course (CEU) approved for Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) license renewal. In addition, we offer specialized courses designed to meet the statutory educational requirements for elected condominium board members (Florida Statute Chapter 718) and homeowners association board members (Florida Statute Chapter 720).
VCAA is comprised of local business partners and vendors who are committed to servicing community associations. Each vendor category is represented exclusively, ensuring non-competing collaboration and meaningful engagement. During events, our participating vendors host interactive displays, offering valuable insight, assistance, and resources to managers and board members alike.
Just like the associations we serve, VCAA is led by its own Board of Directors, composed of dedicated professionals who volunteer their time to foster education, communication, and collaboration within the industry.
