Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a Real Estate Group based in Charleston, South Carolina, USA, called "The Phillips Realty Group". We are real estate agency that helps LUXURY HOME buyers and sellers achieve their dreams. We also have an investment team that purchases homes to renovate and either resell or rent out... making old homes new again. The logo needs to be large enough to read while driving by a real estate yard sign that sits vertically 27 inches tall and 18 inches wide. The final design should communicate luxury, trust, financial acumen. The color(s) should stand out against the green grass background of most yards. Thanks and have fun!
