Apparel Design Brief

We need some help updating our T-Shirt design. We are a fire station at John Wayne Airport. Our trucks are a safety green color, Color Code #CCFF00. I have attached a copy of our current t shirt one of our guys made. Its too simple we would like to spruce it up a little. I have made a feeble attempt to do it my self but not my skill set. I dont like the all green Johnwayne logo and the wing lines seem too light. The Publication2 Image is my attempt
