Graphic Design Brief

Hi there,
Could I get few options creating this graphic in a more minimalist, corporate look - using minimalist graphic elements and designs and using minimalist fonts (see google or freepik for inspiration)
I would also like the lines around the outside to be more minimalist. Maybe a thin line or a graphic element.
Change 'Core Values' title to 'Our Values'
Keep the font of 'Values'.
I would like to see a version in all dark grey and another version with the font in the lower square with each line of font being a different colour (Red, Blue, Green and Orange)
