Logo for ‘Shadow CEO’, an executive advisory and business coaching firm. Emblem concept: an abstract figure slightly behind a stylized leader figure, suggesting guidance from the shadows; or a subtle halo/shadow arc over the wordmark. Keep icon simple and scalable. Possibly consider having a face of the ceo with the shadow behind them. maybe on the main figure a lock of hair could be the C, the ear being the E and the eye being the O? Just a thought? then you have the shadow and the ceo in the logo?
