Graphic Design Brief

Overview:
We are looking for a set of custom patch designs for The Method, a private personal training studio. These patches will be used on hats with Velcro panels, sized 2” tall by 3” wide. We want creative, bold designs that incorporate our Bull Logo (to be provided) and reinforce achievement, role recognition, and brand identity.

Scope of Work
We need two categories of patch designs:
Trainer Patches
• 3 designs:
1. Trainer
2. Master Trainer
3. Trainer Manager
• Each should incorporate the Bull Logo, the words "The Method," and clearly reflect the trainer’s role in a clean, professional way.
Client Achievement Patches
• 5 designs for client milestones:
1. 50 Sessions Trained
2. 100 Sessions Trained
3. 150 Sessions Trained
4. 200 Sessions Trained
5. 250+ Sessions Trained
• Each design should:
o Incorporate the Bull Logo and “The Method.”
o Clearly display the achievement level (number of sessions).
o Be visually distinct from trainer patches, with a motivational/award-style feel (so clients feel proud to wear them).

Design Guidelines
• Size: 2” tall x 3” wide (rectangle orientation).
• Core Element: Must include the Bull Logo (logo files provided).
• Text Elements: Should include either “The Method” and/or achievement/role.
• Style: Bold, professional, and motivational. Should look good embroidered/stitched as a patch (keep detail manageable).
• Differentiation: Trainer patches should look authoritative and rank-based. Client patches should look like achievements or awards.
