Our goal is to create an engaging and informative 4-page quarterly newsletter for our patients. This newsletter will convey our mission, strengthen doctor-patient relationships, and keep patients informed about the latest industry developments.
The newsletter needs to be print and mail-ready, utilizing our branding guidelines. While copy and photos will be provided, the design should prioritize readership and engagement. An "Employee Update" newsletter is provided as an example of our logo and branding, but we are looking for a fresh design that can be adapted for future issues.
Content details and an outline will be provided in a Google Doc and PDF format, which will be updated quarterly. We have also uploaded three older sample newsletters to provide a general feel, though two of them do not have the correct design. Logos are available in various formats.
The final design should accommodate different seasonal themes to keep the newsletter fresh and engaging, ultimately evoking a happy, warm, and fuzzy feeling about our dental office. We are interested in continuing with the same designer for all future quarterly newsletters. We want a design that helps our patients feel like they have chosen the best dental office ever!
