I am looking for something clean and crisp and very versatile for a wide variety of uses. So four options for the cover slide and then various interior slides (text, bullets, two column text, pictures).

I've provided photos, but prefer that they be used not as standalone pictures but as part of the design to avoid putting a spotlight on a certain property and more to convey that at the heart of our work is housing. Think of them as spices or icing, not the cake. It's the secondary element of our brand. Using them as a small design element throughout the deck or in a more transparent way is better.

Also, more white space. No dark cover slides. Clean and simple that conveys our brand without being overwhelming.
