T-shirt Design Brief

Need a design for polo shirts to be worn by our support staff at races. We build high end carbon fiber racing shells [see www.vespoli.com] and support teams racing across the country. Shirt should be splashy, fast, high tech. Have a "Nascar Pit Crew" feel. Will have these printed by sublimation. Design can be as complex as desired.
Should be Splashy, loud, but not obnoxious... Gulf Racing Team stuff attached for example.
