Logo Design Brief

I need a logo that depicts an animal massage business focused primarily on horses and dogs. Prefer an outline of horse with visible mane, include a female form showing hands touching horse, and option to include a dog outline if the design allows. Look at uploaded inspiration logos. Successful design will have clean outlines, be non-cluttered, calm, clear, and single color outline design. The design should include the name of company: Creatures Great and Small - Animal Wellness. I'm not sure whether to use the word "and" or "&" between the words Great (and) Small.
