Logo Design Brief

I'm looking for some branding design for a new topco company called JHE WorldWide. This is an entertainment company that produces live touring events so visually it needs to be stimulating but not literal as there are many varied aspects to the company and all its SPV's that are below it as holdings.
We would want it to be able to be easily printed, read, and animated for video vanity cards.
I think that this art is a brown - almost ups logo brown mixed with a royal blue.
it should be able to be vertical as well as landscape.
