Logo Design Brief

Design a cool logo with the capital letters RRR and using the State of Texas in the logo. This is a construction company that is big on communication, work ethic, faith, and happy results. Not stuck on any specific colors but maybe the three letters should look like a brand on a patch since its country themed. We are working mainly out of central Texas which is hill country known for ranches and hunting. Sent a sample below as a starter but could deviate as needed.
