Logo Design Brief

I provide workforce solutions through labour hire in the general construction, civil construction and renewable energy sectors including projects like battery storage systems, substations, wind farms, solar etc.
Since the industry can vary based on demand and may evolve over time to different industry (with different type of workforce provided) I would prefer to avoid specific imagery like wind turbines, excavators, tools and so on.
Logo itself can represent somehow described above but I would prefer a logo which can be random shape, form or whatever you can imagine, hopefully it catches my eyes.
You can add my business name but done have to (Business name: Folton).
Overall I am open to a random, unique logo without any meaning but if there is any meaning behind to pass it on, its welcomed.
Logo should not be too complicated – meaning not too many stripes, lines and so on.
I have attached two random logos I kind of liked to pass on the idea (please dont try to change the logos added unless it completely changes).

Its hard to pass on the idea – something easy, can be random shape - pretty much anything you can imagine), at the same time I dont have any ideas what it should be.
I prefer blue coloured logos but happy to look any options

Appreciate all kind of logos.
Mostly getting in Logos with letter F (for Folton), can continue getting these in but would be good if there would be more logos with random shapes coming in. Can be anything! Let your fantasy fly!
Just dont make logo too complicated, keep it rather simple.
I have removed some logos and also given feedback by rating 4 stars which would mean the logos are great but not exactly the one im looking yet. Can either post similar options or just use the same approach for completely new logo!
