Graphic Design Brief

We need an eye catching LinkedIn post visual (animation/video preferred) celebrating that over 8.5 million points have been earned by care workers using our Care Friends app.
Care Friends is a recruitment and engagement app in social care, helping money flow back into care workers’ pockets by their employer rewarding them for recruiting their friends and achievements at work. The visual should 'pop' and be in 3D style, and NOT “Canva-style,” and optimised for the LinkedIn feed.
We'd like the focus of the design to be an (animated if possible) visual of the attached graph showing the growth in points paid from Feb 2020 to July 2025 to visually communicate the exponential growth story. It can be illustrative and design-led.
