Make a design for a sheriff’s office flounder tournament that supports the sheriff’s campaign. We have a hand drawn design and looking to get a graphic similar that looks great on multiple color tshirts. Needs to have " Sheriff Chism's Annual Flatfish Roundup" in the Design. Flounder chasing a jig bait and Red drum fish chasing shrimp bait.
