Flyer Design Brief

Hiya!

I'd like you to design 1 x A3 posters and 1x A5 flyers for a charitable event that I'm involved with!

It's called Trek for Life and it's a week long trek that you can either horse ride, mountain bike, walk or volunteer for!

The posters will be one sided, A3 size. The flyers are A5, double sided. Photos and text are below.

Feel free to use all/some of the photos. They don't all need to be there! Would like it to be a white/cleanish poster + flyer!

Will also attach the PDF of the QR code which needs to be on there for the website.

The final designs MUST be provided in Canva so that any text/photos can be easily changed out if needed.

Explore. Dream. Discover.
Do you love exploring? Have you dreamt about discovering New Zealand?

Well, look no further than this unique way to experience our country.

If you love horse riding, mountain biking or walking then this annual, week-long adventure is for you - while also helping us to raise funds for the First Response and Rescue Services in the community.

We traverse a clearly marked route for 6 days, with a rest and relaxation day in the middle. Most days, the distance from camp to camp is between 25 and 35km, trekking through places that many travellers generally do not have access to - so expect some amazing, untouched and unique perspectives of New Zealand’s stunning landscapes and scenery.

Life on the Trek is not a typical camping adventure.
We travel in style - supplying hot showers, flush toilets and great food!

In order to make this Trek a success, we travel with a large support crew of volunteers with a variety of roles including medics, vets, farriers, quad bike support, lunch stop ladies, track marshalls and tail-end Charlie’s who make sure everyone is safe and healthy.

You choose the pace at which you travel, following the trail that is clearly marked with ribbons, arrows and signs to direct you to the next camp. While you are enjoying the trail, our volunteers are busy dismantling, moving and setting up the next camp to await your arrival!

Walkers
Walkers are well supported with quads + side by sides offering lifts along the trek - so you can walk as much or as little as you want. You can also choose to only walk a half day.

Bikers
E-bike charging is available at camp each evening, and lifts are also available if you run out of pedal power!

Horses
All feed and care for horses is provided, with vets + farriers on the trek. You will need to bring all everything else your horse and you require.

Volunteers
We are always looking for a variety of volunteers on trek. Perhaps your partner or friend is trekking and you want to see what goes on behind the scenes - this is the place for you!
Each year Trek travels a different part of Aotearoa New Zealand, with the aim of trekking from Cape Reinga to Bluff - come and join us!

The photos aren't great quality as I had to resize, but I can always install the better quality photo in the Canva design!
