Graphic Design Brief

We are seeking a talented graphic designer or animator to create a visually engaging digital menu board package for Glacier Express Car Wash, located in Billings, Montana. The project includes both short animated video segments and still-image slides that align with our Ice Age-themed branding (featuring penguin mascots and snowy effects). These will be displayed on digital screens at our wash tunnel entrances.

Scope includes:

🎥 Animated Video Segments (10–15 seconds each):

Welcome/Intro Animation (e.g., characters waving or riding soap bubbles)

Membership Promo (explainer + animation)

Seasonal Features: "Bug Buster" (summer) & "Salt Blaster" (winter)

Fleet Account Promotion (animated sequence of branded vehicles)

🖼️ Still Image Slides (5–7 seconds each):

Wash Packages Menu (tiered grid layout with icons)

Family Plan Promo (fun and friendly)

Two-Location Promo (side-by-side layout)

Mascot/Character Integration (penguins washing cars, holding signs, etc.)

Design Goals:

Bright, fun, family-friendly visual style

Consistent use of Glacier branding (logo, color scheme, theme)

Motion graphics that loop cleanly for continuous play

Output optimized for horizontal 16:9 screen (1920x1080 preferred)

We will provide existing branding elements and sample inspiration. Looking for someone who can deliver both creativity and clarity of communication for drive-through digital signage.

Updates

I am extending the project simply because I need more time working on and framing ideas as designs come in. This will take more time and detail commitment on my part and I have limited time.
