Graphic Design Brief
About us:
SACS Consulting is an organisational psychology and human resource management consulting firm based in Melbourne, Australia (www.sacsconsult.com.au). We are a B2B offering a range of organisational psychology measurement and consulting. The largest part of our business is our online psychometric assessments, which are self-managed via an online portal, which is currently used by many organisations worldwide as part of their recruitment process.
What we are looking for:
We are seeking assistance to redesign an image located above the fold - on the top right hand side of homepage. We want an image of a small group of diverse people happily working together using a laptop (either individually or as a group), overlayed with graphic representations reflective of using our online Psychometric Assessment tool, in an interactive fashion.
The graphics will highlight key features of the self-service SACS Psychometric Assessment Portal, specifically ease of use, flexibility and our integrated approach. We want the image to look clean, clear, minimal, with use of negative space. All graphics must be accessible (including sufficient colour contrast and text size).
We would like the graphic to feature 3 “pop ups” highlighting features, and these should appear over the image:
1. Setup participants easily online
2. Check the status of an assessment
3. View participants’ reports

The final design should communicate trust, reliability, our scientific evidence based approach, and our approachable and friendly customer service.
