Wordpress Design Brief

We have a basic design concept. We would like the winning designer to clean it up and create an attractive web site for the business.

The website will have about 6 pages. We have the textual content for these pages attached. I have uploaded the basic layout of the home page in basic design wireframe. I have also uploaded a conceptual wireframe outlining the different pages on the site, and their content.

Important aspects:
This is a financial company, and the design needs to convey: stability, security, trust, and simplicity.
This is a business to business solution and we need it to appeal to business community not general consumers.

But we are looking for something a little classier but still maintaining industry norms.
