Logo Design Brief

The logo is for a new company that will support the development of Personal Space Flight, both financially and through R&D. The logo should make the viewer think of flying/traveling in orbit over/around a planet (can be Earth). The design preferably can be in great detail in full color, and also is clearly the same logo when only in black and white.
The spacecraft should not be a rocket, as this is not a logo for space launch from the surface of the Earth, instead space flight in microgravity above and between planets and stars.
The logo does not need any words on it, but a good logo will be one where the logo without words speaks for itself AND there is a natural position to add the company name "Astroventurer".
