Graphic Design Brief

I need a logo for a non-profit organization called: Hopes for Moms and Dads (HMD). Hope for Moms and Dads raises money to provide financial assistance to single parents that have stage 3 and stage 4 cancer.

The non-profit is in association with a company called Benefit Airship (BAS). I'd like to have a logo created for HMD that integrates Benefit Airships logo.

The HMD logo can have it's own look and colors. The BAS ship can be integrated in anyway. It can be large or small.
