Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in Southern New Jersey. We sell off market distress homes for flippers, landlords, and investors. We would like to see designs with the possible colors of navy blue, red, green, and black. We are open to other colors as well. Designs can include a key, a house (possibly a distressed looking house), or a lockbox might be cool. We can also look into possibly having the outline of the state of New Jersey as part of the logo. I am not saying all of these need to be included in the logo but they are ideas. I have attached logos from our current companies as well for inspiration.
