Flyer Design Brief

I need a 'sorry we missed you' card, and a 'how did we do' card. I have attached a reference for existing cards, and have provided our current logo, and our social media header (van photo).

For the 'How did we do' flyer, I would like for this to have a QR code of our trustpilot account 'Fire Prevention Sprinklers Ltd', which has 0 reviews at the moment.

If looking for any clarifications please message, the tone of the flyers should be professional.

Flyer will be vertical A6 format.

Edit- for clarity, I want 2x variations. One for ‘sorry we missed you’ and another for ‘How did we do’ each with descriptions above.
