Web Design Brief

Hi. We are looking for a modern fresh design for https://www.derwentrealestate.com.au/

We want to include a 'what's my property worth' section on the home page where someone can type their address and click a button which will then take them to system we have built to give them a valuation.

Please refer to https://www.derwentrealestate.com.au/ as the existing website. You can grab content and logo from there but we want fresh new photos and design.

We are looking for something that looks like https://www.4one4.com.au/ . We like the style and layout, particularly the listings showcase
We also like the look of https://www.reliancere.com.au/ and like how the search bar is featured on the home page. We will not be using video but happy to use a photo.

The property management section and specifically “switch to us” search bar would be ideal to replicate (it just leads through to a form for capturing the lead).

The menu structure will be:

The theme we will run with across our website will be “Realise Your Property Potential With Us”. Re how to use our brand colours etc, Westpac and NAB sites is where I would like to draw inspiration. We would like a corporate feel. (If the video attached isn’t working we will get another as I am not overly confident with it).

While we would like lifestyle photos incorporated, If we could focus on icons and images like elegantseagulls.com and foray.design are both clean, modern looking sites.
