Logo Design Brief

I am looking to put my watch company's logo on my speed boat. However, I need my logo and wording to be redesigned to make it look more appropriate for this specific use. I did try using the current logo and I did not look good. Photo included. The goal is to make the logo and wording to look like it's moving fast. The boat travels at 100mph, the Logo should look like its moving 100mph as well. The logo consist of a melting clock. I was hoping to incorporate that using some melting droplets flying in the wind. I drew a picture to give a better Idea. I will not to include the website as shown in the photo, just the words, "It's Rallé Time", with the logo which is a picture of a melting clock. Also, as another suggestion, I found the font Zapfino in bold italics to look fairly good.
