Menu Design Brief
Backroom Bar is a multinational, award winning craft cocktail bar restaurant with live jazz music, attached to a book store. Our menu is an 8 page hardcover book, and we need to renew the design to bring it up to the next level. The pages should be arranged in the following format with the specified details. The text can be taken directly from the PDF file attached to this project brief:
Page 1: "Tapeos", 9 in total, with descriptions in spanish and english, and pricing. Some sort of guide to indicate vegan, vegetarian, and spicy options.
Page 2: "Principales" 9 in total, and "Postres", 3 items, with the same description in spanish and english.
Pages 3 and 4: COCTELES DE AUTOR, between the two pages, the 20 cocktails should be divided into 4 sections, with subtitles as they appear in the attached PDF.
Page 5: Price list of Whiskies, divided by region: Scotland, United States, Canada, Ireland
Page 6: Vodkas, Gin, Rum, Tequila, and "Other" liqueurs.
Page 7: Beer, Wine, and Champagnes. the Beer section should come first and include the paragraph description and logo for "MINGA". The Wine section should be somehow split into two: reds and whites.
Page 8: Some kind of imagery showing live music, promoting "Sunset Jazz Sessions" Monday to Saturday at 18:30PM, as well as a QR Code to link to the restaurant instagram, and address / website / phone number.
for references of the brand, visit instagram.com/backroom.bar. logos also included for use in the design if deemed appropriate, although BACKROOM should appear at least twice in the menu - at the beggining and the end.
