Menu Design Brief

Looking to create a product selector guide with pairing recommendations for use at the farmers markets where we will be sampling the sea salt and blends on produce and mocktails (www.henlopenseasalt.com). The guide should be visually appealing, easy to navigate and tailored to the farmers market setting where quick decisions are common. I am open to either a table- top display poster or placemat idea, retractable banner and/or a quick portable reference like a card that is easy to pick up and scan.
