Logo Design Brief

A boat rental service for both motor & sailing boats. We would like to centre the brand on our Dachshund, her name is Shackle, hence the company name 'Shackle's Ships'.
The logo is to be something like her as the image, ideally as a sketch/illustration, maybe with a captains hat on, and the name below/to the side.
