Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my private practice for plastic surgery in Vienna. I'm a female surgeon and want to give a professional, modern, timeless, feminine impression. I want my name included in some form - Dr Lara Steinkellner. I would like something with my initials maybe. The design should be rather simple but still recignizable. My homepage is in beige, grey, white and black. I want a logo that fits with these color pattern, but not look too harsh or cold. A little feminine would be great but not look too girly.
