Logo Design Brief

I have a painter’s type script which I want to be used for Ella’s.
Snack Shack should appear on a second line below Ella’s, in a smaller font yet to be determined. I may want to include an animated face from photos of the actual Ella or possibly just using her granny glasses as a symbol of her. This tiny 87 sf snack shop will be located 1300 feet out on a the Huntington Beach municipal pier. Its biggest seller will be coffee, so a ☕️ may be part of the logo as well.
