If we edit 8feet X 4 feet with 300 dpi we can't upload 16mb size range, If selected we can submit atleast 300mb file

Please ask the administrator of Designcrowd how to upload large files. But please know that the design has to be drawn on blank sheet from scratch. All objects are to be made in layers. It seems that you have just cleaned the image and uploaded, which is not correct.
