Catalogue Design Brief

I'm looking for some material I can use to hand out to prospective customers to introduce our company and services. Ideally I would have a folder, double sided flyer that goes inside the folder and a product catalog. I would also want a template made that we can use to create product specific flyers on a regular basis as well. I have attached my log and some samples of similar companies that have made catalogs, flyers, window hangers and hand outs for inspiration.
