Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo for our line of premium beef that is simple but classy. We are a meat company that focuses on premium Black Angus and Wagyu beef. Logo should be just our name but we are open to it being a kittle more artsy. Something similar to the attached jpeg but would like the "Bluebonnet" name to start at the left and arch up slightly to the right where the word "Beef" can tuck in under.
