Infographic Design Brief

Need a template design to introduce agent, Bek Lee and about the business - see website - leejonessuburban.com.au
to also include suburban stats, recent sales, current listings on the market, testimonials, pre design template for marketing (I will need to send as file)
Currently my outline is quite clunky, I have tried up design with canvas but still not quite there. Do note there is a new logo and pic to be used, designed by design crowd + we will probably need a few tweeks. What I usually do is very basic and not ahead of the comp.
Need your help please ASAP x
I need templates where I can add pricing, fees and marketing strategy. Plans are usually quite different as designed according to client requirement. I have uploaded a template based on a post code 6025, need a template with postcode that can be changed/adapted accordingly- templates all need to be adjusted and packaged into a streamline up to. 8/10 pages max
