Letterhead Design Brief

Hello,

I have an example of a letterhead that we need. The one we have constandly moves if we paste any information in it. We are looking for one that is permanent. We only need the top of the letterhead on the first page but the bottom on each and every page afterward.

It does not have to be exactly what I am providing here. Please take a look at the website and maybe you will have a better idea.
