We are looking for a fresh e-blast design that is in line with company branding (ltcreit.com). Please use the attached logo and include the copy below. We'd like the theme to be St Patrick's day but NOT to be overly green. Still needs to be LTC branding with maybe a small pop of green on a leprechaun or clover.
