Logo Design Brief

I need a new logo made for our party business. We are mostly known as balloon artists but we offer planning and decorating services as well. Really need this design for our Facebook page, as well as business cards. Want something feminine with some balloons incorporated in the design. We are based in Georgia, so also love some southern charm. Nothing too cheesy though!
