Hi.
I don't know how you have 38 designs already when nobody has asked a simple question, "what size is the front cover?'
It is helpful to start with that, followed by 'do you know the spine width - or approx number of pages in the book?"
This will be helpful in designing the layout.

Thanks for reaching out. The book is more of pamplet about 40 pages, and will be printed with a 6 inch by 9 inch cover.
